The North Dakota Choose Life
plate has been approved. ND Right to Life held a statewide
contest and a 13 year old girl won with the design showing a
heart inside two baby footprints. She made it by placing the
sides of her hands in ink and then using her fingerprints
for the toes. Once this design is approved by the motor
vehicle department, ND Right to Life will need to pre-sell
