Attorney Glen Sturtevant of Richmond Coalition for Life
along with a vast team of individuals and life affirming
agencies and Senator Cuccinelli have been successful in
getting the Choose Life license plate approved in Virginia.
Governor Kaine signed the plate into law in May 2009 and the
plate went on sale in the state 7-1-2009.
After 1,000 plates have been sold, $15 of the annual $25 fee
specialty plate fees, including future annual renewals will
go to Pregnancy
Center locations in Virginia that
are 501(c)(3) entities and that have officially committed to
the
"Our Commitment of Care"
standards.
