How to Apply

Each state has its own procedures for applying for a specialty plate. Some have the plates available at the local license plate office and others require you to apply to the non-profit group that sponsored the plate. You can find the web site for the state you are interested in by putting the state's postal abbreviation, i.e. Florida (FL) or Ohio (OH) in front of choose-life.org. Therefore Florida's would be www.flchoose-life.org and Ohio's Choose Life plate website would be www.ohchoose-life.org.
